- 07Yes, we definitely source our pumpkins from TX sustainable farms that use eco-friendly practices. We also partner with multiple local farmers and animal rescues that are very happy to take our pumpkins at the end of the season for animal feed for the horses, goats, piggies and more... Yum, yum! This ensures that none of our pumpkins go to waste and that they don't go to the landfill either. If you are taking advantage of our pick-up & disposal service at the end of the season, please just remember that we can Only take our pumpkins or carved ones that you may have purchased and used (with candles removed). We can NOT take any pumpkins that may have been painted or drawn on with markers, sharpies, glue, accessories etc.
- 08Currently due to the demand in the area, we are unable to provide custom orders beyond our current pumpkin packages. We can however, add on mini pumpkins or gourds in mixed colors via the add-on option to add more color & enhance your package.
- 09It's important to remember that pumpkins are perishable. It's recommended to keep them in as cool and dry a place as possible with minimal sunlight. This will extend the life of your pumpkins. They should never be placed directly in your topsoil or in direct contact with sprinklers where they get wet daily. To help maintain your pumpkins even longer, it is recommended to check up on them regularly for any signs of decay and promptly remove any pumpkins that have started to rot. This will ensure they don't affect the other pumpkins in the display.
- 10Our team takes great pride in our work and our displays, as well as delivering our pumpkins in a safe manner, however, if you happen to receive a display you are unhappy with or the design doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us right away within the first 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to provide you with a new design or replacement pumpkin.
